Great food, very good service and incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Easy central location and very efficient staff. Nearby Bethel Woods - great place to chill out. Wonderful restaurant, for dinner...
A bit cramped bathroom, rather small room.

I loved the location - it's super close to shops and bus stops, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I found the bed really comfy after a long day of meetings, which was a big plus for me!
The room felt a bit cramped and dated, plus the dining area was way too small and chaotic. I also had a frustrating wait for dinner, and my meal was just mediocre. Not the best experience for a business trip!

Good facilities in room. Excellent location, close to the harbor and cable car terminal. Nice and helpful staffs. Desktop connected to internet at lobby.
Internet access in room too expensive, and very slow, very low limit for data transferring.

Units with a view of the harbour. Location: the hotel was just off the best restaurants/bar/cafes on the Terrace and the CBD and Waterfront and the state highway and ferry terminal.

clean, pillows were comfortable. Utilitarian room value for money as on a late book deal.
Found the air conditioning too hot in the night and had to get the instructions out a 4am to turn it down. Can't you alert us to the air con and make it easy to adjust?

Great value, excellent room with a great view, clean and great service. Great location with easy access to Lambton Quay. Great to have free use of a couple of iMacs at reception for internet use.
The lift from Lambton Quay to the hotel didn't work when we were returning through the arcade at around 10 pm on a Saturday evening - it was stuck on another floor. The other lift was out of order. Luckily I had my cell phone and the hotel's phone number or it would have been a long walk around to The Terrace. I called and a staff member immediately re-activated the lift and brought it down to the group of us that ended up waiting. Excellent service, but a faulty lift?

The location was fantastic and the quick access to Lambton Quay very convenient. Only had a little contact with the staff, but they were very helpful and courteous.
As a woman, a little thing like the hair dryer can make a big difference; Trying to dry/style my hair with the Novotel's tiny fitted model that had only 1 speed/heat and had to be operated by holding the button down was very frustrating. Two of the top priorities for women in a hotel room are good lighting and mirror position for make-up and a decent hairdryer. All hotels seem to be the same in this respect and yet it's a small thing that could easily make you stand out from the others.

solid connectivity to Lambton Quay, spacious Superior Twin Room, effective wireless internet access
The entrance location is frustrating, especially with parking being a hassle!!! Low water pressure in the shower. Respectful staff should improve the check-in process with clearer communication about extra charges!!!

visted friends and family, shopped, ate out, alot
ahh there was no washing machine. also i thought the 300 dollar charge due to the payment by eftpos was rather hefty, what was i supposed to do if i couldn't pay that? and had no one that could pay it for me? i'm a student so it is very unlikely i have 300 dollars sitting around in my bank account, but asides from that it was great. oh and i had to get my 300 dollar deposit back in cash, which was a bit ba d cos its kinda freaky carrying around that much cash
